Revelation
“We dedicate ourselves to let the living waters flow through us — where we live, regionally, and in wider world fellowship. We dedicate ourselves to building the peace that passeth all understanding, to the repair of the world, opening our lives to the Light to guide us in each small step.”
– Kabanak Call for Peace & Ecojustice, Sixth World Conference Friends, Nakuru, Kenya
Query
In alignment with ten-year accreditation process and our Quaker Self-Study, and informed by our school’s mission, how can we embrace the spirit of continuous revelation, which calls us to rise beyond our own wisdom and capacities, in order to fulfill our full promise?
Action
We will conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis to identify our internal strengths and opportunities, assessing our school’s academic, athletic, and auxiliary offerings, and overall community engagement to leverage existing strengths and address areas of possibility.
Outcome
We have created strategies and working groups to magnify strengths and address each area of possibility and challenge identified and have done so within a 3–5-year time-frame.
