Action
We will align our professional development to the core priorities within our curricular and pedagogical framework. We will seek opportunities to support colleagues in expanding their learning and connections beyond their classrooms and departments in a manner that makes possibilities for groundbreaking learning opportunities and partnerships boundless.
Outcome
Our colleagues are immersed in mission and school identity informed peer education and peer reflection practices aimed at strengthening the teaching, learning, and operational components of our school.
